Learning to Cook

Finally, I've decided that it's about time to learn how to cook. I hail from a long line of great cooks, so it's always been my deepest shame to not know the difference between broiling and boiling. Plus, I've always loved food and it doesn't help that my girlfriend constantly has the Food network on. In the third decade of my life, I think it's about time I learned to how perform this most basic of human activities.

I'm going to chronicle my adventures in cooking on this blog - and yes, of course it's inspired by Julie and Julia.
